We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control. If our supply of the products is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know & do our utmost to minimise the effect of the delay. If for whatever reason you do not receive any products you have paid for within the given time, after a delivery update from ourselves, you are at this point, able to end your contract.

Returns Policy
Returns to our warehouse will be accepted up to 14 days from confirmation of delivery. Which means you must ship your return within your 14 day period, we are unable to process any returns outside of this time and any unauthorised attempted returns will be refused. All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt, however it can at times take up to 7 days for your items to arrive with us. Unfortunately, we cannot be hed responsible for any customs return charges (these are the sole responsibility of the buyer). We are unable to process exchanges at this time unless your purchase is a Pre-Order item (please view our Pre-Order Returns section for further information). 
We reserve the right to refuse or charge a reduction fee against any products that do not meet our policy of returns. Please ensure that your order is returned to us as received; in an unused, unaltered condition - free of any fragrance or marks, with all tags, labels and original packaging intact. To process a return please do so through our returns portal, which can be accessed through your account. Any items returned that have not been processed through our returns portal will not be eligible for a refund. If you did not register at the time your order was placed and/or do not have a VECNY account, please contact us via email well within your returns time period, as it can take up to 48 hours for our customer service team to respond, during busy periods.

Pre-Order Returns

All Pre-Orders are subject to our 'size exchange only' policy, unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer refunds on Pre-Order items.

Size Exchange Only Policy

You have 7 days to process and ship your return back to our warehouse through our returns portal (which can be accessed through your account) for an exchange of the same item, in the same colour, in a different size. We are unable to process any exchanges outside of this time and any unauthorised attempted returns will be refused. Please ensure you clearly state your required size exchange on the returns form provided and/or on the returns portal. We reserve the right to refuse or charge a reduction fee against any products that do not meet our policy of returns.
